1. With your phone take pictures of:

    i)     Front of property
    ii)    Rear of property
    iii)   Side of property
    iv)   Internally two pics per room, showing window positions, 
             chimney breast, doors. (You can take as many as you want)
    v)     Stairs

2.  i)    Measure up width and length of room
     ii)    Ceiling height (usually the same on each floor)
     iii)   Chimney breasts depth, alcoves
     iv)    Stairs width
     v)     Window height, and distance off floor.

3.  Send the hand drawn existing plans to us
     Send the hand drawn proposed plan to us

4. We will assess and send invoice and or ask for additional
     information
